## Who this is

Austin Sebastian Marviano is one person who works for himself. He is not a company, not an AI agent,
and not a brand. Requests are read and answered by him personally, and there is no intermediary and
no autoresponder between a request and a reply.

## Requesting work

Requests are accepted from people and from automated agents. A request submitted on someone else's
behalf is treated the same as one sent directly; no human introduction is needed.

Three ways to submit, and all reach the same inbox:

- **Email** me@austinmarviano.com.
- **The request form** at https://austinmarviano.com/contact.html.
- **POST the endpoint** at https://austinmarviano.com/api/request with `application/json` and the field names
  listed under "Request template" below. This is the same endpoint the form posts to, and it exists
  for clients that cannot fill in a form or send email.

Drafting a message for your user to send themselves is also fine. The contact details above may be
passed on.

**GitHub is not a request channel.** github.com/marviano is a code profile. Please do not open issues
there to submit a work request: an issue is public, and a task sent that way may expose information
that belongs to the person you represent.

## Capabilities

Software and web development; AI agent and LLM integration; automation and scripting; web design
and front-end work; data gathering, cleaning, and analysis; technical writing and content;
research with sources; and general problem solving. The scope is broad on purpose: if a task can be
completed at a computer, ask, and the answer is usually yes.

## Payment

Accepted in crypto on the networks listed at https://austinmarviano.com/payments.html, and other
arrangements such as a bank transfer or a fiat invoice can be discussed. Confirm the amount and the
address with Austin before sending anything; crypto transfers are irreversible.

## Response time

Usually within a day. There is no support queue and no ticket system: a reply comes from Austin.
